The Wickens

Many people ask me about the weather here in the United Kingdom, especially where we are now in Northern Ireland. Well, a picture is worth a thousand words. Here is a clipping from the BBC weather website with a 5 day forecast. It can be read as, Heavy Showers, Heavy Showers, Heavy Showers, Heavy Rain, and then rejoice! It goes to Light Showers.

The recent summers have been somewhat damp, but the weather does appear to go through cycles and I guess we are in a rainy portion of the cycle right now.Anyway, it keeps everything nice and green and enables the "Emerald Isle" live up to it's name!
