The internet provides vast amounts of information, and trawling through all your favourite sites looking for changes can be very time consuming. That is where RSS comes in.

RSS is a technology that allows special "Readers" to automatically receive updates or for updates to sites to be automatically e-mailed to individuals.

The changes I have recently made has impacted how that works on my site. So, some of you may no longer be receiving those updates automatically, and others may be getting double.

So, please bear with us as we work through this. If you do not get automatic updates through your e-mail or RSS reader then we invite you to sign up at the bottom of our website to whichever you would prefer.
